Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. For larger orders processing time may vary. All products are handmade with thought and superb care to ensure we exceed our own standards.
At Inspire Raise we charge a flat fee of $7.95 for shipping within the United States of America.
We do our best to cater to the needs of all our customers. We allow a 24 hour window to cancel your order for a refund. After 24 hours we may not be able to refund the order.
At Inspire Raise each order is personalized to the customers specifications. With this being said we cannot accommodate returns. If your order has been damaged or gone missing in transit please reach out to us at help@inspireraise.com.
At Inspire Bands we prioritze making sure that you have access to your funds as soon as possible! All payment are process 2-3 business days after the fundraiser has ended. You also have the option to end the fundraiser anytime or restart it. To do so simply shoot us a message at help@inspireraise.com.
Upon completion of your fundraiser, receiving the funds is quick an easy! We will have you verify your identity and payment information via a secure link sent to the Inspire Bands Fundraiser organizer, then you will receive the funds within 2-5 business days.
