You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Campaign Organizers and Participants are responsible for submitting accurate campaign information.
We reserve the right to approve, reject, or remove campaigns at our discretion.
You agree not to misrepresent your affiliation or mislead supporters.
Campaign sales are split 50/50 between the Campaign Organizer and Inspire Raise unless otherwise stated in writing.
Funds are disbursed based on the final sales tally and minus any applicable transaction or platform fees.
Inspire Raise is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
All products are made to order. No returns or refunds are permitted unless the product is defective.
Orders are fulfilled and shipped directly to supporters using the address they provide.
Inspire Raise is not liable for incorrect shipping addresses or missed deliveries due to user error.
All content on the Site, including product designs, branding, and marketing materials, are the intellectual property of Inspire Raise or its partners.
You may not reuse, copy, or reproduce any part of the Site without express written permission.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time for violations of these Terms.
Upon termination, you lose access to your campaign data and dashboard.
Inspire Raise is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
We do not guarantee fundraising success or specific earnings.
